The Short Version
I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of biomechanics, robotics, and AI — from university research labs to Apple to founding Northlake Labs. I build tools that make sense of human movement data, and I do it by starting with the actual problem rather than the trending technology.
My background spans rehabilitation robotics, spinal cord injury research, gait analysis, sensor fusion, and product development. I've published peer-reviewed research, hold a patent for a robotic rehabilitation system, and have shipped software platforms from concept to market.

How I Work
Every project starts with understanding what you actually need — not what I think you should have. I look at your existing workflows, find the bottlenecks, and build something that fits. I combine rigorous scientific methodology with practical AI, and I don't ship until it works.
I stay on the edge of AI advancement because this field moves fast, but I'm allergic to hype. If a simple threshold algorithm solves the problem, I'll tell you. If you need a custom neural network, I'll build one. The right tool for the job.
